Hang-AR AR-10 Upper Receiver Mount Kit

Description

Create organized, space-saving vertical storage and display for complete AR-10, LR-308, and SR-25-pattern upper assemblies. The Hang-AR AR-10 Upper Receiver Mount engages the upper’s takedown lugs with two threaded locking pins, holding the assembly securely in a fixed barrel-down orientation.

The mount supports complete uppers with the barrel, handguard, muzzle device, optic, and accessories installed. The bolt carrier group and charging handle may remain installed or be removed. By keeping the upper off benches, shelves, and other work surfaces, the mount can help reduce incidental bumps and scratches to the upper, optic, and installed accessories.

Made by Hang-AR at our shop in Seminole, Florida, the mount is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and protected by a black Type III hard-coat anodized finish. It works with all current Hang-AR wall pegs and surface adapters, making it useful for home storage, collections, workspaces, gunsmithing areas, and retail displays.

Use and fitment

The mount may remain attached during storage, transport, and handling. It must be removed before attaching the upper receiver to a lower receiver.

Designed for AR-10, LR-308, and SR-25-pattern upper receivers. Confirm that both threaded locking pins are properly installed before placing the upper into storage or display.

Mounting surfaces

Includes mounting hardware for drywall and wood/studs. The compact wall peg may also be installed on other suitable surfaces using appropriate customer-supplied hardware.

Always select hardware appropriate for the mounting surface, installation conditions, and intended load.
